Beginner Strength Intro Course
8 week strength training course for beginners. Learn the fundamentals of weight based training. The course will run from Monday 1st May to Saturday 24th June.

About The Event
8 week beginners strength course commencing Monday 1st May to Saturday 24th June. Times for the classes are still to be confirmed based on everyone's availability, which we will work out after the workshop.
This course is for people of all abilities who have never done strength training before, or if you just need a refresher to boost your confidence in the gym.
Weekly Membership Options:
One session a week: $30
Two sessions a week: $50
Three sessions a week: $60
If you attend the workshop and sign up to the course you get the 8th week of the strength course free!
There is also a workshop as an intro to the course which will be held on Saturday 29th April from 10:00am to 12:00pm. You do not need to attend the workshop to join the course.
Class times for the course will be weekday evenings, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday morning.
