About The Event

No matter your age, size, or skill level, the kettlebell swing is a great introduction to Hardstyle Kettlebell Training. It's as effective as they come for shredding fat, increasing stamina and gaining explosive strength. Understanding and mastering "Hip Thrust" is key to a number of lifts in Hardstyle Kettlebell Training and a great place to start. In addition, you will learn movement drills, correct breathing technique, and postural cues.

The kettlebell swing is a powerful platform on which you can build strength and stability. Done correctly, the swing can help you escape back pain. Done poorly, it can certainly trigger and compound it. So come learn from a pro in a safe & friendly environment, meet new people and get swinging with confidence.
